I'm Still Here!

Still Here.
Still Alive.
Trying to get back to "normal" after having had my head in real estate books studying for the state exam!

So what has been going on?

1) Our guest room is COMPLETELY decorated! We've only been living in our house for six months.... More on this to come!

2) Our house is painted! I LOVE it all, except for the windows painted on the stone portion. To me they have a yellow tint to them and I don't like it. In fact, that is all I can see. It was cloudy last night when I got home so I am PRAYING that its just the lighting.

3) I'm legal now! I passed the state real estate exam last week! It was by far the most gut wrenching 2.5 hours of my life. You see I was told that when you hit "submit" on the computer, it told you instantly whether you passed or failed. So I hit "submit" then it asks me freaking assessment questions about the test and about the pre-licensing course that I took. Literally, my heart is coming out of my chest like a cartoon character, due to the nerves of an automatic pass/fail. So I finish the assessment questions and it says "Thank you for taking the pre-licensing salesperson examination. Please exit the room. Best of luck on your future endeavors". So I immediately assume that I've failed. At this point in time I am so mad I could scream and tears were beginning to well in my eyes. I walk out of the testing room and the associate says "congratulations, you passed!".
I could have hugged him.

My parents took me out for Margaritas on Thursday night and Steven took me out to World Famous when he got home from DC on Friday! Celebrations alllllll around!

4) I am still obsessed with my cat and she is still as pretty as ever! Seriously, I want to turn her into a cat model. This is when I'm supposed to say "just kidding" but I'm not.
